Service availability, timelines, pricing, finishes, colors, materials, and project requirements may vary based on the item, condition of the metal, existing coatings, rust, size, quantity, intended use, and other factors.

4. Quotes and Estimates

Any quote, estimate, or price range provided through the website, by phone, by email, or in person is based on the information available at the time.

Final pricing may change after physical inspection of the item or project. Additional charges may apply for:

Stripping old paint or coating.
Removing rust, corrosion, grease, or contaminants.
Extra surface preparation.
Repairs or special handling.
Oversized items.
Specialty colors, textures, gloss levels, or finishes.
Rush service, pickup, delivery, or storage.
Unexpected conditions discovered during preparation.

A quote does not become binding until confirmed by ReNu Powder Coating.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate project information and disclosing any known issues, including prior coatings, repairs, damage, rust, contamination, grease, structural concerns, heat-sensitive materials, or special requirements.

Customers are responsible for removing non-metal parts, electronics, bearings, seals, plastics, rubber, glass, upholstery, fluids, and other components that may be damaged during stripping, blasting, preparation, or oven curing unless ReNu Powder Coating agrees otherwise in writing.

6. Powder Coating Limitations

Powder coating is a durable finishing process, but results can vary depending on the item’s condition, metal type, prior coatings, contamination, corrosion, dents, pitting, weld quality, age, and intended use.

ReNu Powder Coating does not guarantee that powder coating will fully hide or correct deep scratches, pitting, dents, corrosion damage, poor fabrication, previous repairs, or hidden defects.

Powder coating is heat-cured. Some items or components may not be suitable for powder coating due to heat sensitivity, assembly design, contamination, or material composition.

7. Color and Finish Variations

Color, gloss, texture, metallic effects, and finish appearance may vary based on lighting, surface condition, batch, powder type, screen display, photography, and application conditions.

Online photos, gallery images, samples, and color references are for general informational purposes only and may not exactly represent the final finished product.

8. Project Turnaround Times

Any turnaround time provided is an estimate only. Turnaround may be affected by workload, material availability, project complexity, surface condition, curing requirements, weather, vendor delays, equipment issues, or other factors outside our control.

ReNu Powder Coating is not responsible for delays unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Pickup, Drop-Off, Delivery, and Storage

Customers are responsible for arranging drop-off and pickup unless other arrangements are made.

Items left after completion may be subject to storage fees after reasonable notice. ReNu Powder Coating is not responsible for items left unclaimed beyond the agreed pickup period, except as required by law.

10. Payment

Payment terms will be provided at the time of quote, invoice, or service agreement. Payment may be required before work begins, upon completion, or before release of finished items.

Customers agree to pay all approved charges, including applicable taxes, materials, labor, special handling, storage, pickup, delivery, and other agreed fees.

11. Cancellations and Changes

Project cancellations or changes may be subject to fees if labor, materials, special-order powders, stripping, preparation, or other work has already begun.

Custom colors, specialty finishes, and special-order materials may be non-refundable once ordered.

12. Photos, Gallery, and Marketing Use

Unless you notify us otherwise in writing, ReNu Powder Coating may photograph completed projects and use project images for marketing, website galleries, social media, advertising, and portfolio purposes.

We will not intentionally publish private personal information without permission.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, graphics, logos, service descriptions, layouts, videos, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to ReNu Powder Coating and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publish, or commercially use website content without prior written permission.
